The Australia-New Zealand Section of the Society of Plastics Engineers has been requested by the CSIRO to assist with promoting this special event and publishing the information. For further information please note the link below.
An Australia - India Circular Economy event is being conducted by CSIRO in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog and the Government of India.
Teams will select an idea to develop and present a solution on one of the four themes linked to the Circular Economy including Creating opportunities for plastics waste reduction and Innovation in packaging reducing packaging waste.
In total, the judging panel will select 8 winning teams; four student teams who will win $3,500 (total sum per team), and four start-up/SME teams who will win $9,500 (total sum per team).
Applications close 20th December 2020 and the event will be held on-line 8th-9th February 2021.
